Some moments stay with you forever. This was one of them. 💛
The URJA Stuttgart Summit was never just about organising an event.
It was about creating a space where women could ask questions without hesitation, share their aspirations without fear, and feel truly seen and heard.
The stories shared by Zaie Kale, Anushree Ehrt, Tanya Tripathi, and Dr. Shalaka Vaidya reminded us that every success story is built on countless moments of uncertainty, perseverance and courage. Their journeys inspired not just us, but every woman sitting in that room.
Through URJA Spotlight, three aspiring entrepreneurs stepped forward to present their business ideas, receive honest, constructive feedback from our jury, and take one step closer to their dreams.
A heartfelt congratulations once again to Babita Kahi, winner of the URJA Spotlight Cash Prize, generously sponsored by Beyond Chai & Curry. We hope this is just the beginning of an incredible journey ahead.

“Can I really do this?”
And almost every woman has asked herself that question at some point.
At the URJA Stuttgart Summit, we realised something beautiful.
Women don’t need someone to hand them success.
They need a space where they can ask questions without being judged, share ideas without hesitation, and receive honest guidance from those who have already walked the path.
That is what URJA stands for.
✨ Through Start. Restart. Rise., our panelists shared not just their achievements, but the decisions, detours, failures and resilience that shaped their journeys.
✨ Through URJA Spotlight, aspiring entrepreneurs presented their business ideas, received thoughtful feedback from our jury, and discovered ways to strengthen their vision. Congratulations once again to Babita Kahi , our Spotlight winner! May this be just the beginning of an exciting journey.
What stayed with us wasn’t the applause.
It was the courage of women who chose to take the first step.
Because every successful entrepreneur was once unsure.
Every confident professional once questioned herself.

Some events are successful.
Some events stay with you.
The URJA Stuttgart Summit was one of those. ❤️
Just a few days ago, we were second-guessing ourselves. We questioned our decisions, wondered if this idea would find its people, and hoped that women in Stuttgart would resonate with what URJA stands for.
Yesterday, all those doubts quietly melted away.
What we witnessed wasn’t just an event. It was a room full of women who listened, asked honest questions, shared their journeys, encouraged one another, and reminded us why URJA was started in the first place.
Our heartfelt gratitude to the Consulate General of India, Munich, for believing in our vision, and their unwavering support. Your encouragement and support gave us the confidence to bring the URJA Stuttgart Summit to life. We deeply value the faith you have placed in us, and we will continue to do our very best to be worthy of that trust through our work and our commitment. To our incredible panelists, speakers, judges, and every woman who chose to spend her Saturday with us—thank you. You made this summit what it was.
For me, the biggest takeaway was the contentment on women’s faces. The feeling that they were seen. They were heard. That they left with a little more hope than they walked in with.
A while ago, I had said something that felt even more true yesterday:
Every woman who enters the URJA circle belongs to us, and we belong to her.
Thank you, Stuttgart, for opening your hearts to us, for welcoming URJA with so much warmth, and for making us feel at home.
This is only the beginning.
