Empathy Creates Resonance
For leaders, practicing empathetic attentiveness means more than just lending an ear to employees; Mental health and wellbeing involve being fully present with our entire being and heart when engaging in conversation.
The word “heart” contains the words “hear,” “ear,” and “art,” and when we play with the letters, we also find “tear,” “eat,” and “heat.”
Things can get heated (heat) in the course of business, sometimes even bringing tears (tear), but after a conflict, we can still share a meal together (eat).
When leaders act with presence, balance, and wholeheartedness, they not only hear their employees' concerns but also understand the underlying reasons behind those concerns—this leads to deep insight and genuine understanding.
The subtle nuances of communication change the frequency of interactions. A tangible vibration emerges, something we harness deliberately in mediation as resonance.
Embracing new perspectives allows for a shift in internal attitude through the Frequenzwechsel® method, which positively influences behavior and collaboration.
Empathetic listening is a key factor in developing personal vibrancy and creating true resonance with others.
