Manufactured on our DATRON evo 600, this spray ring is later used to provide targeted cooling and lubrication during machining processes. The result: longer tool life, improved surface quality, and increased productivity. For production, we use a heat-curing material that is applied with precision on the DATRON evo 600 at process speeds of up to 50 m/min. An integrated quality assurance system continuously monitors the dispensing process, ensuring consistently high manufacturing quality.
