When I started, I had no idea where this journey would take me. Looking back, I'm incredibly grateful - for every client, every challenge, every lesson, and every opportunity to grow.
If there's one thing I've learned, it's that building a business is never a straight line. It evolves, just as we do.
Here are 16 lessons I've learned over the past 16 years:

8๏ธโฃ Sometimes you have to make uncomfortable decisions.
9๏ธโฃ Not every collaboration is the right collaboration.

One thing I never expected when I started was how much I would continue learning. Every stage of my business brought new challenges, and more than once I realised I didn't have all the answers. Those were the moments when I reached out, asked questions, found mentors, invested in courses, or simply learned from people who had already walked that path.
Looking back, I'm grateful for everyone who shared their knowledge, challenged my thinking, and helped me grow along the way.
