🎓 Hannah has started her dual study programme in **Business Administration (B.A.)**.

The first day of an apprenticeship or dual study programme is the start of an exciting journey filled with new experiences, valuable learning opportunities and personal growth. 🎓 Celebrating the next generation of professionals.

We were delighted to host this year's graduation ceremony for apprentices in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management at our headquarters.

Together with the IHK Osnabrück - Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim and the Großhandelsverband im Wirtschaftsbereich Osnabrück-Emsland e.V., we had the pleasure of celebrating the achievements of this year's graduates in a fitting setting.

A special congratulations goes to our own Titgemeyer graduates. We are proud to have supported you throughout your apprenticeship and are excited to see where your careers will take you.

It was a privilege to host this special event and to contribute to recognizing the value of vocational education and young talent in our region.

More expertise for even better customer solutions 🚀

The requirements for modern joining technologies are becoming increasingly complex. To continue providing our customers with the highest level of technical support, we continuously expand our expertise and capabilities.

We are therefore especially pleased that our colleague Arne Retzlaff has successfully completed the DVS®-EWF European Adhesive Engineer (EAE) qualification.

With this additional expertise in adhesive systems, surface preparation, testing methods, and the design of bonded joints, we are significantly strengthening our competence in adhesive technology. This creates direct value for our customers through even more informed technical advice, greater application reliability, and optimized joining solutions.

A great example of how targeted qualification initiatives help us further enhance our technical capabilities and customer support.

Experiencing Business in Practice: Successful MIG Business Simulation with Gymnasium Carolinum Osnabrück.

Shortly before the summer holidays, students from Gymnasium Carolinum once again gained valuable insights into economic and business processes. Together with the Educational Association of Lower Saxony's Business Community (BNW), the Titgemeyer Group supported the Management Information Game (MIG) business simulation.

As part of the MIG, the students took on the management of fictitious companies. They assumed various corporate roles, ranging from executive management and production management to procurement.

The simulation provided participants with the opportunity to experience business processes in a realistic environment. They gained practical experience, developed entrepreneurial thinking, and strengthened their understanding of business and economic relationships.

An exciting contribution to career orientation and the development of valuable business skills!

IATF 16949 is the global quality standard for the automotive industry, representing the highest levels of process and product quality.

A special recognition in a special year.

As part of our 125th anniversary, we are honoured to receive a certificate from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Osnabrück - Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim).

The certificate was accepted on behalf of the company by Gerd-Christian Titgemeyer and Manfred Titgemeyer – together with CEO Dietrich Leifert.

This recognition is not only a reflection of our company’s long history, but above all of the people who have shaped Titgemeyer over generations – with commitment, expertise and a clear focus on the future.

Standing in front of our headquarters in Osnabrück, this moment represents what defines us: strong connections, shared progress and the ambition to keep evolving.

On 1 April 1901, Adolf and Fritz Titgemeyer laid the foundation for Titgemeyer.
