Yesterday at Pride in Innovation in Amsterdam, I was reminded of something important:
I do not need permission to belong in the room.
As an LGBTQ+ founder, being surrounded by openness, intelligence, and real community was deeply energizing. What made the evening special was not just representation, but the quality of the exchange: honest questions, real vulnerability, and genuine support.
Thank you to Identity VC, Nyenrode, and everyone who showed up. We are not here to be tolerated. We are here to build, lead, and shape the future.
