We are excited to welcome 44 young talents who are starting their vocational training at our sites in Parsdorf, Laatzen, Treuchtlingen, Harderberg and Viersen, as well as at Burgsmüller GmbH.

This year marks a special milestone: for the very first time, in Parsdorf is training a chef.

The first days are all about getting to know the company, meeting colleagues, exploring our sites and building new connections. Across all locations, our trainees are already gaining their first insights into their future professions while becoming part of the KraussMaffei team.

Fluffy Recycling Materials? Feed Them Directly.

At Fakuma Messe 2026, will present the new ZSA UltraCycle, a side-feed system developed specifically for the reliable processing of lightweight, low bulk-density materials.

Plastic flakes, film scraps and fibers can be fed directly into the twin-screw extruder without additional pre-compaction. The key: integrated material compaction during feeding. This makes it possible to combine several process steps in one continuous process.

Keeping cool this summer...

…with a fridge full of ice-cold drinks. Fresh fruit. And of course plenty of ice cream.

But what happens to your refrigerator when it reaches the end of its life?

Together with BASF, RAMPF Group and REMONDIS-Gruppe, has developed an industrial-scale process that closes the loop for polyurethane (PU) waste.

Our continuous extrusion technology enables the chemical recycling of PU insulation foams with contamination levels of up to 30%, including residues of other plastics and metals. This makes it possible to recover valuable raw materials even from highly contaminated regrind.

The recycled polyol can then be reused in the production of new PU products, supported by KraussMaffei's expertise and portfolio in reaction process machinery.
