For more than 30 years, bagjack has been about making things differently.
Our products were born from craftsmanship, functional thinking and the belief that production belongs close to the people who design the product.
Now we are taking the next step.
Together with our technology partner ADOTC — Another Dimension of Textil Configuration, we are developing highly flexible robotic manufacturing processes for selected stages of bag production.
Processes that previously depended entirely on manual ex*****on can now be performed fully automatically — with robotic precision, repeatability and a level of flexibility that makes automation possible even within specialized and comparatively small production runs.
This technology was not developed by bagjack alone.
It is the result of a close collaboration between the production and product knowledge of bagjack and the technological expertise of ADOTC.
The human does not disappear from the process.
Quite the opposite.
Together, we translate experience from textile manufacturing into new robotic processes. Construction, materials, tools, parameters and production sequences have to be reconsidered, tested and continuously refined.
Robots take over selected operations where precision and reproducibility create a real advantage. Complex assembly, finishing, quality control and countless details remain part of our production expertise in Berlin.
For us, this is not the end of craftsmanship.
It is its evolution.
