And there is more: Consulting in the area of development and production of technical textiles, a pattern database comprising 1000 patterns, not to be found anywhere else, support and advice on efficient knitting solutions and much more.

We’ve just uploaded a collection of new pattern programs to the STOLL Patternshop – showcasing a wide variety of knitting starts and edge solutions for your inspiration, production needs, and educational use.

These programs were originally developed 10 years ago during a specialized seminar using an older M1Plus software version. Recently, we went through our archive and selected these variations to make them publicly available, so our customers can benefit from the broad spectrum of techniques they offer.

Stoll’s future hangs in the balance...

Conditions are now ripe for an investor to step in and reshape the future of 152-year-old German flat knitting machine builder Stoll, a pivotal player in the global textile machinery sector.

Following months of speculation, the Karl Mayer Group has confirmed that Stoll’s Reutlingen site is scheduled to close in November 2025, after reporting sustained losses. Despite the announcement, some industry insiders remain optimistic that a buyer will emerge to preserve the Stoll name and its technological legacy.
