Our Cayman Tri Training coaches and .sbr have the opportunity to ride bikes to compete and for general enjoyment and fitness. For many people in the world though, having access to a bike means so much more than that; it is their only means to access education, healthcare or employment. This month, Cayman Tri Training donated to , a charitable organisation committed to providing bikes, safety training and replacement parts to people who need them. Enjoyed racing a shorter distance and pleased to take the win🏆 at the Cayman Olympic Distance Triathlon this past weekend. My legs were still feeling the 70.3 WC from the weekend before but it was fun to push some shorter, sharper paces again. Thanks to and the volunteers for a fantastic day!

70.3 World Championship - Grateful to race my third World Championship of the year. After getting very sick nine days out, I almost didn’t race this one but decided the afternoon before to just give it a go. I’m so glad I did! It was great to get out there and have a second crack at St George, a challenging but beautiful course. I always love the opportunity to race and even though I wasn’t at my best, it was an awesome day out there and all the volunteers made this a very special race.

70.3 World Championship - Congratulations to coached athlete .sbr on her first world championship race. She is not a fan of the cold 🥶 but pushed through the challenging conditions with a smile until the end.

Back to Snow Canyon. October has been a busy and up and down month but I’m grateful for the opportunity to return to St. George to race in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship.

Big congratulations to coached athlete for another impressive performance, finishing 9th AG at Ironman 70.3 North Carolina! In between family and work commitments, Roger has remained consistent and dedicated to his training and that has paid off in another top performance. Looking forward to seeing Roger continue to grow and improve as an athlete and even more outstanding performances ahead.
