Solutions for medium-sized companies with cost reductions of up to 35 percent
Using international networks and developing effective solutions for medium-sized companies is one of the main tasks of the "BVMW – Der Mittelstand e.V.". In a conversation with Jochen Bitzer in Cebu/Philippines, BVMW representative Matthias Merzhäuser was able to find some easy-to-implement methods and possibilities that can be very interesting for German companies. Jochen Bitzer was CEO of Mercedes-Benz Group Services Philippines for many years, where he was the head of around 1,000 employees who carried out processes worldwide from there. He is currently building structures for effective outsourcing offers for German SMEs, among others. Jochen Bitzer explains: "In principle, all activities and tasks in the areas of standardised services can be taken over from our offices. Whether invoicing, dunning, invoice verification, accounting and finance, marketing, IT services and call centres – everything is possible and can be implemented in a comparatively short time; and all this at very interesting conditions, which, depending on the content, enable cost reductions of up to 35% and more." Bitzer has access to a pool of very well-trained employees – many of them with German skills at level B2.
