Architektur im Kleinformat – mit jedem Detail. 🏗️

Für ein Schulprojekt hat .co ein maßstabsgetreues Modell einer Betonwaffelplatte angefertigt. Die besondere Struktur solcher Platten sorgt dafür, dass Lasten effizient verteilt werden und gleichzeitig Material eingespart werden kann.

Die Form entstand mit MOLD STAR™ 30 von . Das dünnflüssige Silikon lässt sich leicht vergießen, fließt sauber in feine Strukturen und härtet nahezu schrumpffrei aus.

So bleiben Geometrie und Details des Modells präzise erhalten. 👏

Architecture in miniature – down to every detail. 🏗️

For a school project, .co created a scale model of a concrete waffle slab. The distinctive structure of these slabs helps distribute loads efficiently while reducing the amount of material required.

The mold was made using MOLD STAR™ 30 from . This low-viscosity silicone is easy to pour, flows smoothly into fine details, and cures with virtually no shrinkage.

This helps preserve the model’s geometry and fine details with precision. 👏

Was für eine Detailarbeit, ! 👏🧜‍♀️

Für seinen Mermaid Throne hat eine komplette Unterwasserwelt von Hand geschaffen. Von der Steinstruktur über Korallen bis hin zu Seepocken und weiteren kleinen Details wurde jedes Element modelliert und anschließend von Hand bemalt.

Die Basis dafür bildet FREE FORM™ HABITAT™ BLACK von . Das Epoxidharz lässt sich modellieren und strukturieren und eignet sich damit besonders für Projekte, bei denen organische Formen und detailreiche Oberflächen entstehen sollen.

Aufgebaut wurde der Thron auf einer Unterkonstruktion aus PVC und Kunststoffgewebe. Darauf entstand Stück für Stück die Struktur, die dem fertigen Thron seinen realistischen Look verleiht.

Und das Beste: Der Mermaid Throne ist tatsächlich für den Einsatz unter Wasser gedacht. 🌊

What an incredible amount of detail, ! 👏🧜‍♀️

For his Mermaid Throne, created an entire underwater world by hand. From the stonework and coral to barnacles and countless smaller details, every element was sculpted and then hand-painted.

The material behind the build is FREE FORM™ HABITAT™ BLACK from . The epoxy can be sculpted and textured, making it particularly suitable for projects involving organic shapes and highly detailed surfaces.

The throne was built over a PVC and plastic mesh armature, with the structure and details added piece by piece to create its realistic final look.

And the best part: the Mermaid Throne is actually designed to go underwater. 🌊

Das additionsvernetzende Silikon besitzt eine niedrige Viskosität und fließt dadurch gut um das Modell und in feine Strukturen. Gleichzeitig ist das ausgehärtete Material flexibel und reißfest, was das Entformen auch bei detailreichen Objekten erleichtert.

Kristalloptik für die Bühne – ganz ohne echtes Glas. 🌟

Bei dieser Kronleuchter-Requisite wurden die einzelnen Kristalle mit dem flüssigen PUR-Kautschuk CLEAR FLEX™ 50 gegossen. Das Material bewahrt ihre brillante Optik, bleibt dabei aber flexibel und eignet sich dadurch deutlich besser für den Bühneneinsatz.

Für noch mehr visuelle Wirkung lässt sich das Material mit SO-STRONG™, UVO™ und IGNITE™ einfärben. 🎨

Bei diesen Arm-Requisiten von wird schnell klar, wie viel Wirkung in einer präzise gestalteten Oberfläche steckt. Gegossen wurden sie mit Silikonen der DRAGON SKIN™-Serie, bevor die aufwendige farbliche Ausarbeitung begann.
