Got a release in the pipeline? Here’s a few things that you might want to consider🙌

There’s unfortunately no way to guarantee results, but we think the main overall takeaways should be to try and be as organised as possible, give yourself plenty of time and also to understand that new contacts and results from one release can pay dividends for future releases🙏🏼

Also try not to put too much pressure on yourself. It can be very easy to look at a previous release and feel like ‘this one has to do better’ or have certain streams in your head that you want to hit.

But saying what you wanted to say through the music is what matters the most. And the success of a release should be defined only by your version of success.

You may have achieved less streams on a new release compared to an old one but formed many new valuable contacts through it. It would be easy to argue that the release with less streams but an increased network has been more successful in contributing to the overall bigger picture of where you’re heading.

And most importantly, do what you can to try and enjoy your release rollout! It should be an exciting time! Releasing music is a huge deal and you’ve got every right to shout about it, hound people and feel incredibly proud of what you’re sharing with the world🤍
