Honing with carbide blade

Ergonomically shaped honing knife with carbide blade for dressing and trimming polishing buffs. The holder is completely milled from high-quality stainless steel, so no colour flakes off when grinding. To prevent accidental damage to surfaces, the blade has been offset downwards. Countersunk screws on the blade plate so that they do not get caught in the polishing buff or felt.
The honing knife has been redesigned in line with industry requirements and the geometry has been adapted to significantly improve its properties while ensuring consistent precision when honing polishing buffs. The new tungsten carbide blade has been adapted in the carbide mixture for hardness and resilience.
