All services rendered are purely for consultancy purposes and can not be linked to any financial business outcomes in the future. If required I will seek further advise from business partners from my vast professional industry network (fees are included in my services) or recommend other consultancy services (at their respective fees). Most services will be hands-on on-the-job interactions, reviews and corrections. A consultancy summary report will be provided at the end of each service period.

My Bio - who are you dealing with? Trust in your business partner is key to any business setting. I am an experienced hotelier with a total of 24 years in the hospitality industry, including 18 years in Asia-Pacific (China, Maldives, Thailand, Vietnam), with 14 of them on and off in Mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Changsha, Wuhan). I have spent the last 11 years in senior leadership roles ranging from General Manager to Managing Director and COO. My assignments have taken me to 5 different countries around the world. As I have always enjoyed mentoring and seeing people grow in their careers, I am currently working as a lecturer in hospitality management at the virtual campus of IU International University of Applied Sciences in Germany. I am teaching "Basics in Hotel Management" for 5th semester students and "Special Topics in Hotel Management" for 7th (final) semester students. It is an honor giving back knowledge to the future hospitality leadership generation. My last posting prior to the outbreak of the pandemic was as COO and General Manager of Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81, the flagship property of Vinpearl Hotels & Resorts in Ho Chi Minh City, situated in the top floors of the 12th tallest building in the world. Initially, I held a dual role as COO Vinpearl Luxury Brand (3 properties in operation and one in pre-opening stage) and General Manager Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81. In my previous position I was the General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Pudong, Shanghai for 1.5 years. Up to early 2017 I held a dual role as Managing Director East China for Wanda Hotels & Resorts, overlooking 15 properties in operation, as well as General Manager of the flagship property Wanda Reign on the Bund in Shanghai, both in the pre-opening and operational stage. Prior to above vast experiences, I worked for Hilton Worldwide for 4.5 years, as well as Global Hyatt for around 11 years, with whom I also started my professional career in 1997.
