Today we are starting the winter garden season, the olive tree is already in. However we still enjoy some sunny moments in the old farm garden where nature is turning red. Looking forward to welcome you for best offsite, teaming and workshops during a golden October. Find your favourite third place on the coastline in North Frisia.

Today, the old telephone poles were removed from our farm garden. Installed around 1900 - 1910, they once represented progress, hope and relief for farmers living in the remote marshlands. Because the wet ground made underground cables impossible, the wooden poles had to be driven deep into the soil for stability. We waited seven years for our own fibre-optic connection - so perhaps progress was not necessarily faster back then. Now that the poles are gone, we enjoy the open view and look ahead, technologically well beyond them.

You eat what the garden gives you.

That’s what my grandmother used to say. In her days, you simply cooked with what was growing outside — no supermarket, no long list of ingredients. You looked at the garden and decided what was for dinner.

So, following this old wisdom, we are opening the Plum Week for your offsite.

Sunday brought just the right storm to shake almost all the plums from our wonderfully old, super-high tree — perfectly timed, as if the garden had planned the menu itself.

So this week, it’s plums all the way: homemade plum cake, plum muesli, plum jam, plum tarte… you name it.

Be prepared, you will smell it already in running the workshop.

And just to give you a little outlook:
next week it’s Apple Week, followed by Pear Week, and finally Quince Week. Not to mention the sea buckthorn which is a super food but might scare you.

You eat what the garden gives you.
And right now, the garden is giving us plums. As simple as that

Sunday Night, time to prepare the new workshop week. New art arrived in our offsite location from .witzwort We are featuring and for more inspiration during long working sessions. Yesterday day night, we celebrated a mindful vegetarian evening rooted in freshness and intention: herbs and vegetables harvested directly from our greenhouse, thoughtfully prepared in the kitchen by Hans from for our offsite team. Taking a moment to slow down, appreciate where our food comes from, and share a meal that nourishes both body and connection. Reminds me to the old saying that meaningful collaboration begins with presence.

This week we balanced intensive working sessions with time outdoors, allowing for informal exchange and moments of reset. The highlight of the week was a boat trip on a traditional fishing vessel restored by and we enjoying a Picknick on board while floating on the river Eider. Of course we had to close the week with “Fischbrötchen” for Check out lunch. Only one of the advantages in completing an offsite meeting close to a historic rural harbour town along the river Eider on the North Sea shore in North Germany

We open up the workshop week with a new peace of art created by The Albino Mantra Ray almost looks like a workshop participant and for sure will inspire during your offsite meeting. In reality the albino mantra ray is one of the scariest species on earth. His white colour pretend him to hide away from sharks easy. That’s why the big animal, spanning up to 7 meters, is named to be on of the most sensitive creatures on earth. The sensitivity is well captured by the artist in modelling the eyes and anyhow our topic for teaming, collaboration and corporate culture. In Addition our homage towards the oceans being member of

We are closing a great offsite week hosting a team from Latin America, welcoming guests from Brazil, Peru, Mexico and Argentina whose energy and warmth brought a vibrant new atmosphere to our workplace. They showed us how to truly cook beef from .burmeister with passion and then it was Hans from who in exchange brought us back to European cuisine with a real “Wiener schnitzel”. Multiple cultures, excellent collaboration, team spirit all over the place - let’s call it a week though
