𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 - a year full of highlights 🪄

We have broken new ground, implemented exciting projects, and achieved great things together. We are growing, we are shaping the future—and we are setting standards.

Thank you to everyone who is passionately accompanying us on this journey.
2026, we are ready.

Now it’s time to pause and reflect. What better way to do this than with a video review? With that in mind: roll the film 🎬

🎉 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧… 𝟐!

𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐓𝐀 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚 has once again been recognized as a Great Place to Work® – for the 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐰.

After our first certification, we didn’t rest on our success:

➡️ We continuously evaluated employee feedback.
➡️ We took suggestions seriously.
➡️ We implemented as many ideas as possible.

And of course, the second certification is not the finish line for us – it’s a motivation to keep improving every day.

A huge thank you to our amazing teams, who make ISOVOLTA a truly great place to work - everyday. 🧡

WELCOME TO THE TEAM

In May, ISOVOLTA held its traditional Welcome Day at the Wiener Neudorf plant!

Our CEO provided exciting insights into the history and future of ISOVOLTA. The plant management presented the Aviation & Transportation division – with an impressive overview of our diverse product portfolio. ✈️

The day was a real highlight for everyone, with a group lunch, an exciting plant tour and a team activity. 🤝

Welcome to the team – we look forward to working with you! 💛

🌳 Sustainability is no joke for us 🌳

Instead of simply disposing of the advertising banners from our 75th anniversary celebrations, we gave them a second life: in collaboration with the Viennese , we used them to produce individually designed laptop sleeves for our employees.

In this way, we combine memories with responsibility - and set an example for the sustainable use of resources.

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐓𝐀 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮🎉

Friday 13 September was anything but a day of bad luck at ISOVOLTA Austria - because we celebrated our anniversary in style under the motto ‘75 year market’. All Austrian employees were invited along with their families, friends and relatives.

In addition to factory tours through Werndorf and the opening of our new Hall 1, there were funfair attractions for young and old - chain carousel, bouncy castle, rodeo bull, climbing tower, duck fishing, balloon and soap bubble artists, tombola and much more.

A fortune teller was also on hand and can you imagine what she predicted for ISOVOLTA? Let us tell you, we have big plans! 🔮

➡ And that's a wrap on our "75 Years of Future Thinking" campaign! 🎉 Want a sneak peek at what really goes on behind the scenes? Thank you to everyone who helped make this campaign a success - here's to another 75 years of innovation and creativity!

And although it is the end of our campaign, we are not finished with celebration and are very much looking forward to our anniversary party with our employees and their families in Austria on September 13th.
