What started off as a home office, with one employee has since become a well established business, which is now situated in the new industrial area in Westerkappeln (Germany). Run by Mrs. Jutta Nurna, Managing Director, the business has gone from strength to strength and has become a well-known asset to all NATO Forces throughout Germany. Jutta Nurna brings along thirty one years of experience in
the field of traffic accident assistance. Having started off in Osnabrück as an interpreter with the Royal Military Police, she gained experience in dealing with road traffic accidents and about the way the military operates in general. Her thirteen years with the Royal Military Police has given her the insight and know how to assist in a professional and efficient manner. After leaving the Royal Military Police Jutta was employed with an accident assistance company who offered help to British soldiers after being involved in accidents, which then furthered her knowledge and experience in this field. It is after Jutta left this company that she decided to establish her own business with her own personal touch of efficiency and caring about each individual claim and giving many British soldiers a shoulder to cry on when they had no one to turn to! Many British people have been assisted by the TAAC and found that it was a big relief to have someone that can help from the moment the traffic accident occurred through to resolving the dilemma that they found themselves in, by being in a foreign country. The Team consists of qualified staff who are there to help with compassion and understanding and are available on a twenty-four hour basis. All staff members speak fluent English. The Team constantly works together on all cases ensuring a professional claims handling process. The TAAC has since expanded to eight employees as well as the occasional intern. Our office space was expanded at the end of 2011 and we moved into our new wing in January 2012. The TAAC is supported by renowned Attorneys, reliable workshops, Damage Assessors / Loss Adjustors and Car Rental Companies, all of whom are in long term partnership and have been over the last 12 years. ANYONE can contact the TAAC and benefit from our expertise; you do not have to be a member of a club, nor do you need special insurance. We assist all of our clients on an individual basis as no two accidents or incidents can be compared.
