🍼🐮 Simple, fast, and “fair” feeding

At the World Dairy Expo in Madison, we had the opportunity to experience the next level of calf feeding with Matt from CalfStar.

He showed us how milk travels the entire way from cow to calf fully automatically (Teat-to-Teat):

🥛 After milking, the milk is gently pasteurized in the HTST pasteurizer and then pumped directly into the DoubleJug milk tank.

From there, the CalfExpert automatically supplies itself with fresh milk to feed each calf individually at the HygieneStation.

The result: optimal milk quality for the calf, less work, and a truly smart, resource-saving process.

Thanks to Matt for the great explanation—it was a real highlight of the trade fair! 🙌

We were at the World Dairy Expo in Madison, and we noticed something really clever 👀

At the CalfStar booth, David Dubois demonstrated the combination of our MilchTaxi and their BottleTrailer—and we were honestly impressed.

👉 The MilchTaxi not only fills 5 bottles at the same time, but can also fill all the bottles in the trailer at once if desired.

And best of all: after feeding, the MilchTaxi runs a combined wash cycle, cleaning all the bottles at the same time.

Less lugging around, less effort – more time for the important things in the barn 🐄💪
