Welcoming our esteemed International Accreditors & Coaches to the Management Simulation 2026:
Malabon Mini-MBA (M³) 🇵🇭🌍

This four-day global learning initiative will be held from March 23–26, 2026 at the City of Malabon University, in partnership with the Malabon City Government.

The program will be facilitated by eight distinguished international accreditors and coaches from Germany, Estonia, Russia, Spain, Italy, the USA, and Singapore, bringing diverse global expertise into an immersive and dynamic simulation environment.

Participants who successfully complete the program will be conferred a Mini-MBA certification by the Euro-Asia Tourism School of Business, recognizing their achievement in this intensive and experiential learning program.

Through this initiative, we aim to strengthen leadership, governance, strategic thinking, and intercultural collaboration, bridging global perspectives with local innovation.

The executives of Syntax Savvy Sprachen, led by CEO & President Mr. Panginorin Caoile and Vice President Dr. Desmond Wee, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Jeannie Sandoval, Mayor of the City of Malabon, and Dr. Alex Rosete, City Administrator, to discuss the city’s tourism potential and explore strategies to enhance its global presence. The meeting also touched on advancing international programs aimed at boosting the competitiveness of City of Malabon University (CMU) graduates on the global stage.

Joining the discussion were Dr. Glen DV De Leon, University President of CMU; Atty. Ana Juanito, City Accountant; and Mr. Carlo Aquino from the City Assessor’s Office. These key stakeholders also participated in the successful Executive Program held last November 2024 in Karlsruhe, Germany, further solidifying partnerships and shared goals.

This collaboration underscores a shared vision of leveraging education and tourism as drivers of growth, making Malabon a hub for international opportunities.

Accompanying the visit of renowned celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay to Farmer’s Market in Quezon City was the arrival of Mr. Panginorin Caoile, CEO & President of Syntax Savvy Sprachen Germany and Caoile Enterprise, S.L., along with the Vice President of Syntax Savvy Sprachen Germany, Dr. Desmond Wee. Both visits shared an interesting coincidence—Gordon Ramsay dined at the market in the morning, while Mr. Caoile and Dr. Wee enjoyed their meal at the same table later that evening, ordering and savoring the same dishes.

This remarkable start to the Philippine visit highlights the dynamic intersection of culture, cuisine, and innovation. For Mr. Caoile and Dr. Wee, their first day was not just about enjoying the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines but also about exploring the broader opportunities in tourism and marketing across Southeast Asia.
