Another patriot pen made! I have the stars and stripes laser cut out of holly and dye the upper barrel of the pen blue and the stripes red. After that I inlay the stars and stripes, drill out the barrels to accept the pewter components. Finally I turn it on my lathe, sand everything to 600 grit and coat it all with 3 coats of friction polish and then press the components together. Comes with a smooth writing German made refillable cartridge in black ink (blue available as well if wanted). Total length is just under 14 cm (5,5 inches).

I made this fountain pen out of a piece of charred tiger oak from an original Jack Daniel's barrel and brushed brass components with a German made Iridium nib for super smooth writing. Excellent quality and great looks! 😊
