Fun fact: 85% of our employees drink coffee ☕️

Let’s be honest, nothing beats the comforting aroma of brewing coffee. And at our offices, this beloved beverage serves more purposes than boosting our energy levels. Besides the sense of community the simple question “does anyone want coffee?” can generate, the small-talks by the machine help bring us a little closer to each other time after time. And we couldn’t possibly praise coffee without mentioning the cozy atmosphere the warm sensation of a cup in hand can bring.

With its content of caffeine, coffee is a renowned remedy for counteracting fatigue and increasing energy levels, including dopamine; a chemical that makes us feel booth happy and motivated. And as you can’t be at your best 100% of the time (is that even humanly possible?), a cup of coffee can sometimes be just what you need to elevate your performance level and set your mind straight. Oh, and the opportunity to stretch your legs to and from the coffee machine isn’t half bad either.

That’s some of the reasons why you shouldn’t be surprised if you hear or smell the coffee grounds merging with water when visiting us – and of course, we’d love to offer you a cup as well. 🤎

Meet our new colleagues in Aarhus & Copenhagen! 🤩

In Copenhagen, we have welcomed , our new PR & Brand Partnership Specialist at . Elisa will help with creating and maintaining partnerships, planning and organizing events, and so much more.

In Aarhus, we have welcomed , our newest addition to our IT department at ! Mark is our new IT Supporter, and he will make sure that everything runs smoothly with our IT equipment, and he is always ready to answer all our IT questions.

We’ve also welcomed a new colleague at in Aarhus, , our new Casting Student Assistant! Laura will help assist with castings, taking pictures and editing them, and most important make sure that the kids and their parents get the best possible experience at castings.

We’re so excited, and we can’t wait to get this journey properly started! 🚀

Our New Face Director at Le Management, Marianne, celebrates her 10-year anniversary with a giant bouquet of flowers and an office full of cake. We’re beyond grateful for having such an incredible and kind-hearted colleague as Marianne – and relieved that she has managed to stand our craziness for all these years!

Our amazing team has just been in Amsterdam with !🤩

Part of our team at went to Amsterdam to arrange a press day in a gorgeous showroom with items from the new Sea New York Fall 2023 collection, creating an intimate environment that allowed local press and influencers to get a firsthand look of the new collection.

The work included concept development, production, and press relations, all with the purpose of increasing the brand’s visibility in the Netherlands – and judging from the stunning pictures, their vision for the aesthetics of the event came true! 🙌🏼

Fun fact: We house 12 different languages 💬

As a powerhouse packed with different geographic backgrounds and cultural interests, it’s no news that we praise diversity. And though you probably won’t hear any Turkish remarks by the coffee machine or Vietnamese comments during a meeting, we find it pretty awesome that seven languages are mastered among our colleagues besides the five respective languages that are spoken at our different offices.

So, we’d like to say thank you, merci, danke, gracias, cảm ơn, takk (we could go on) to our amazing colleagues for perpetually broadening our horizons (and let’s be honest, teaching us a few funny phrases here and there)👏🏼
