Så er det officielt - der er åbent for køkkenerne !!!
Brandmanden og politimanden er glade. Desværre drillede sprinkleranlægget i går, hvorfor åbning måtte udsættes med en dag. Men nu er der grønt lys hele vejen igennem!

The 50 Best Restaurants in the World has been named. World renowned restaurant Noma of Copenhagen has been bumped from it's first place to now 5th. For the first time ever an Italian restaurant and cuisine is best in the world. Forza Azzurri 🇮🇹🍕

Osteria Francescana, in Italy, is the best restaurant in the world for 2016. Second El Celler De Can Roca, third Eleven Madison Park. Here's the full list.

Move over Copenhagen! - another day, another travelguide recommendation for Aarhus. (y)
The International travelguide Lonely Planet rates Aarhus as 2nd best in Europe. Michelin-starred restaurants such as Restaurant Frederikshøj, Restaurant Substans and Restaurant Gastromé are partly to "blame".. we of cause couldn't agree more. But also worth a mention are ARoS Aarhus Art Museum and Restaurant ET.

Today Moesgaard Museum opened it's door to their new exhibition
'Gladiator - Heroes of the Colosseum' (april 22nd - september 11th).
We had the joy of a preview few days ago and had a spectacular time.
Should you make your way by Aarhus or dare we even say Denmark, be sure not to miss this exhibition.

local Aarhus favourites Restaurant Frederikshøj and Restaurant ET rightfully nominated in this years White Guide Danmark awards.
Back in business is Restaurant Koch (formerly known as Kocherier) nominated in the Best New Restaurant category.

And most noteworthy - Best New Talent: Bryan Francisco from Tree-Top in Vejle is this years young chef.

The rest of the winners are dubbed may 23rd in Copenhagen.
