Our progress – strengthening structure, transparency, and accountability – across all of Danoffice IT, for a more sustainable business and a better-balanced IT industry.
Our ESG efforts go both deep and broad – from environmental certifications and CO₂ transparency to diversity, supplier responsibility, and circular IT. We set high standards for ourselves, and every year we review, document, and share our progress in our COP report.
You can now download our COP25 report, marking a year of important milestones, increased transparency, and a strengthened foundation for future sustainable growth.
“In a world characterised by geopolitical uncertainty and growing environmental and social challenges, 2025 became a year in which we strengthened structure, transparency, and measurable impact across our sustainability initiatives,” says Lars Baun Jensen, CEO of Danoffice IT.
A key achievement in 2025 was obtaining ISO 14001 certification in environmental management across all Danish locations – an important milestone that embeds sustainability even more deeply into our daily operations. At the same time, we introduced automated CO₂ reporting on IT procurement, providing our customers with full visibility into climate impact at invoice level.
We also strengthened accountability in our value chain through a new supplier due diligence system, enabling us to work even more systematically with ESG risks and responsible sourcing. In parallel, we increased our focus on diversity – including initiatives aimed at attracting more women to the IT industry and supporting our goal of reaching 40% women in the organisation by 2030.
In the report, you can also read about our work with the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals, our circular IT initiatives through Danoffice IT Green, our continued EcoVadis Silver rating (top 15% globally) – and much more.
