TRULY A GREAT DAY TO BE WORKING AT AXCESS NORDIC

New faces and known faces from Axcess Nordic joined up to participate in the DHL 5 x 5 km relay run in Copenhagen. Good colleagues ran the 5 kilometers in great style and pace, with great support from colleagues and family. Amazing to join the 21.000 participants yesterday running and socializing in what is known to be the world’s largest exercise run. All in all, it was a great day with colleagues and families and truly a great day to be working at Axcess Nordic.

And today, we are all feeling sharper than ever for new challenges and for sharing the Axcess Nordic Experience of world class work force optimization-solutions with new customers.

VERINT ENGAGE 2018 in Copenhagen is officially closed. What a day!

We believe that it was a great day with interesting updates and research from VERINT, bundled with inspiring customer cases about Speech Analytics, Workforce Management and Engagement Management.

We delivered an update on "Speech Analytics, Hot topics for Scandinavian companies" with our Christian Gabriel

A big thanks to all the customer that took out the time to pay this conference a visit. And a big thanks to Verint for making it happen.

En rigtig god arbejdsdag er ved at være slut. Jeg er glad og beæret over, at så mange her til morgen valgte at tage turen til Aarhus og gæste vores og WHI's morgenbrief om værdiskabende kundesamtaler.

Vi havde besøg fra mange brancher, lige fra bank til telekommunikation, fagbevægelse, forsikring og BPO (eksternt kundecenter) m.fl., der blandt andet var kommet for at høre, hvordan Speech Analytics kan bruges til at effektivisere og automatisere arbejdet med at lytte til og kvalitetstjekke samtalerne.

Tak til alle for en god dag og til ATEA for at lægge lokaler til vores arrangement.

Da vi afholdt tidligere i år arrangementet i Ballerup, oplevede vi en overvældende interesse for at deltage og havde besøg fra en række sjællandske virksomheder.
