The 30th of November 2020 at DLF last Advisory Board we agre that it was time to transforme the organization.
It means new name, IMPETUS, only one target group, the NEET group and the organization will be a partnership organization.

Its a needed an naturlig transformation, we done the disruption before. This time it will take longer. We will following come back with information here on our Facebook platform.

Understanding diversity and ways to promote inclusion at work by exploring teams and personality types.

For 3 years and 3 months, 7 organizations from 5 different countries have worked to understand and define diversity themselves. We have in collaboration developed and designed a number of different diversity tools that we now offer you.

We are aware of DIVERSITY & INCLUSION but still unconscious bias holding us back to real action.

From January 2020, my organization DLF, took the lead of Sensenet.
SENSENET stands to build capacity of SEE's and SEO's managers and human resources to include diversity in their recruitment and management processes and to improve their performance in terms of social innovation and cohesion.

The vision in this event we spoke to was having an organization creating save environment where the challenge of DIVERSITY & INCLUSION could be recognized.
Change takes time. We should focus more on human behavior, reflection ability to reflect and practical approach than on sophisticated strategies that often create more confusion than understanding and insight.

Together we accumulated interesting knowledge. We have captured some of the mood and knowledge sharing in several videos. This is one video out of a series.

How to use the coaching model PROTREPTICS to implement DIVERSITY

From January 2020, my organization DLF, took the lead of Sensenet.
SENSENET stands to build capacity of SEE's and SEO's managers and human resources to include diversity in their recruitment and management processes and to improve their performance in terms of social innovation and cohesion.

This event the mission was to frame the challenge of diversity to the following elements;
Team management, develop people, retrain people, D&I business, attract people and
D&I policies. And also, why the coaching process is important and how organization and companies can adopt and implement the coaching model to act on diversity and reflect on unconscious bias.

Together we accumulated interesting knowledge. Among it how to use PROTREPTICS as catalyst for implementation processes of diversity. We have captured some of the mood and knowledge sharing in several videos. This is one video out of a series.

From live event to virtual event.

From January 2020, my organization DLF, took the lead of Sensenet.
SENSENET stands to build capacity of SEE's and SEO's managers and human resources to include diversity in their recruitment and management processes and to improve their performance in terms of social innovation and cohesion.

Then COVID19 hit the world and everything changed.
We had, in very little time, to change all 5 live DIVERSITY & INTEGRATION events to virtual still with the same high level of participant interaction, sharing of knowledge, fast feedback and documentation. No 2, 3 and 4 was the most challenge because it was international with partner organization from France, Portugal, Italy and Romania. They all had both employees and stakeholders to participate.

Together we accumulated knowledge, it was challenged, and it was fun. We have captured some of the mood and knowledge sharing in several videos. This is the first.

Vi gør hvad vi kan for at formidle og handle på diversitet og inklusion. Interesserent er det at der ofte bliver talt om de negative bias men lidt om de ubevidste posetive bias. Altså fx. organisationer og mennesker der arbejde implicit og som en naturlighed med D&I.

Bran new report from the European Commission.

“Social enterprises and their ecosystems in Europe” and it provides an overview of the social enterprise landscape in Europe based on available information as of January 2020.

Social enterprises have to fulfil three dimensions—entrepreneurial, social and inclusive ownership-governance—in different ways. It is the interplay among the three dimensions that determines whether an organisation may or may not qualify as a social enterprise.

The report's greatest insight and value is:
• That the legislation does not follow social enterprise's various business models. Which leads to few opportunities for investment
• Creating reflection with social entrepreneurs SEO / SEE's own Impact of social enterprise recognition

Workshop eventen er en del af et større EU samarbejde mellem 7 organisationer fra 5 forskellige lande.
Formålet med workshop eventen er at skærpe managers og HR´s kompetencer personlige som faglige i deres diversitets og performance management. Der er implementeret mulighed for at arbejde med og få testet egen D&I niveau.
