Q: How long have you been on the Welldium team?
A: I’ve been on the team for 1.5 months.
Q: Where are you from and where are you located?
A: I was born and raised in Northern France, spent 10 years in Warsaw, Poland, and am currently located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Q: What inspired you to join the Welldium team?
A: Welldium's values align with my own, emphasizing teamwork, innovation, and excellence. I’m here because of the strong commitment to shared values and the inclusive company culture. The supportive and collaborative environment is inspiring and motivating. Most importantly, I wanted the opportunity to work on projects that have a positive impact on people's lives.
Q: What previous experience helped prepare you for your current role?
A: Over the past 10 years, I've worked closely with customers in various companies, of different industries and sizes. This gave me a strong grasp of customer dynamics and adaptability. It's been an exciting journey that's shaped my communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and my commitment to ensuring customer happiness.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working at Welldium?
A: I really enjoy the collaborative mindset of the team as well as the filtered coffee made by our colleague and coffee connoisseur, Christos.
