I dag og imorgen mandag d. 8 marts er sidste dag for tilmelding til Prøve i Dansk PD1-PD2-PD3. Skriftlig eksamen er i midten af maj og mundtlig eksamen i begyndelsen af juni. TILLYKKE TIL DE NYE DANSKE STATSBORGERE FRA CHILE 🇨🇱 🇩🇰

Tillykke til de 11 flere fra Chile, som lige har fået dansk indfødsret ud af de i alt 2.944 personer, som blev godkendt af Folketinget her i december. De bliver endelig dansk statsborger, når de har deltaget i den nye grundlovsceremoni i kommunen, hvor de bor.
Husk at hjemmeboende børn under 18 år kan blive dansk statsborger sammen med hovedpersonen hvis der er søgt om det og barnets anden forældre skriftligt har givet tilladelse. Dette gælder også nyfødte børn født efter at der blev søgt, at der nu kræves et særligt tillæg til ansøgning med den anden forældres skriftlige accept.
Hvis du har permanent opholdstilladelse eller er ved at få det, så er næste prøve til Dansk indfødsret den 2. juni og koster 850,00 kr. på sprogskolen. Tilmeldingsfristen er den 28. april 2021! RIGTIG GODT NYTÅR! Like det, del det!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEW DANISH CITIZENS FROM CHILE

Congratulations to the 11 new Danish Citizens from Chile who have just achieved Danish Citizenship out of the total of 2.944 persons who have been accepted by the Danish Parliament here in December. They will become Danish Citizens when they have participated in the new Constitution Ceremony in the Municipality where they live.
Remember that children under 18 years old living at home can become Danish citizens together with the main person if it has been applied and the other parent has given written consent. This is also the case for newly born children who were born after the application was done, where now a short new supplement to the application is necessary with the other parents written consent.
If you have Permanent residence, or are just about to achieve it, then the next examination for Danish Citizenship is the 2nd of June and costs 850,00 DKK. at the language school. Deadline for registration is the 28th of April 2021! WE WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY NEW YEAR! Like it, share it!

WORKING HOLIDAY NOW ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE NORMAL SALARY WORK

In a surprising fast move the Government here just before Easter in the middle of the Corona crises has announced that for all NEW applications for Working Holiday it will no longer be allowed to work as semi-selfemployed like driving for WOLT, - but only be allowed to work in places with normal fixed salary, taxes, holiday money and the worker protection rules for example the mandatory insurance for personal damages at work. So this limitation will be for all NEW applications handled when the present suspension is lifted and will be in force for all countries applying for Working Holiday permit in Denmark where most are from Argentina and Chile. WORKING HOLIDAY SCHEME HAS IMMEDIATELY BEEN SUSPENDED!

From today the Danish Minister for Immigration and Integration has with reference to the COVID-19 situation decided to immediately suspend all Working Holiday agreements. The Minister already wanted from Argentina and Chile to limit the amount of permits to only 125 persons pr. year, for the time being there will be a full stop! Even persons already in Denmark will not be allowed to apply.
Foreign nationals who have already obtained a residence permit under the Working Holiday scheme will still be able to enter Denmark.

GRAN INCREMENTO EN LAS APLICACIONES AL VISADO WORKING HOLIDAY EN LOS ÚLTIMOS CINCO AÑOS

En solo dos años, la cantidad de solicitudes para visados Working Holiday en Dinamarca casi se ha duplicado de 1.576 a 3.017. Durante un período de cinco años, la cantidad de permisos se ha desarrollado así:

2015: 809
2016: 1.218
2017: 1.533
2018: 1.818
2019: 2.973

El 86% de los permisos de Working Holiday son de Argentina y Chile. 47% son mujeres y 53% son hombres. En 2019, Argentina recibió 1.986 visados, mientras que Chile recibió 567.

Los otros países además de Argentina y Chile con los que Dinamarca tiene acuerdo son Japón, Corea del Sur, Australia, Canadá y Nueva Zelanda. Solo las personas de Argentina y Corea del Sur pueden trabajar 9 meses, el resto solo pueden trabajar 6 meses del permiso de 12 meses.

Las mayores áreas de trabajo en Dinamarca para los visados Working Holiday han sido restaurantes y empresas de limpieza. No es sorprendente que más del 60% de los empleados en ambas áreas sean de Argentina. Japón es el único país en el que muchos aprovechan la oportunidad de estudiar durante 6 meses en un Højskole (centro educativo) danés, además de poder trabajar durante los otros 6 meses.
Corea del Sur, Australia, Canadá y Nueva Zelanda tienen menos de 100 personas por año en el esquema del visado Working Holiday.

La mayoría de los solicitantes de Working Holiday se postulan ya estando en Dinamarca, y luego tienen una estadía procesal para esperar la decisión.

La mayoría continúa a otros países de Europa con esquemas de visas algo similares, pero algunos están comenzando a solicitar visa de estudiante, permiso de trabajo o reunificaciones familiares antes de que finalice la visa Working Holiday.

HABRÁN CAMBIOS EN LAS VISAS WORKING HOLIDAY DE DINAMARCA

El gobierno danés ha decidido 4 nuevas iniciativas para limitar el uso de las visas WH.

En un comunicado de prensa del Ministerio de Extranjería e Integración, el ministro Mattias Tesfayye cita los cuatro temas principales:

1) Un límite de solo 150 permisos por año tanto de Argentina como de Chile.

2) Tasa de solicitud de 1.900 DKK (tasa esperada)

3) Prohibición de los trabajos freelance (como trabajar para WOLT o Happy Helper), por lo que solo se permite trabajar con salario

4) Un seminario obligatorio para todos los recién llegados sobre las condiciones de trabajo en el mercado laboral danés.

La limitación en la cantidad de solicitudes requiere una negociación bilateral entre Dinamarca-Argentina y Dinamarca-Chile respectivamente, lo que puede llevar algún tiempo. Las otras tres iniciativas de honorarios, limitación de trabajo y seminario obligatorio sobre las normas del mercado laboral danés podrían pronto ser introducidas por ley.

No se ha establecido una fecha límite para los cambios, pero se estima que sucederá junto con otras definiciones legales y financieras, el 1ro de julio.

Esta es nformación importante para todos los solicitantes de este tipo de visado, vigentes y futuros.

ARGENTINANS AND CHILEANS ARE FOR THE FIRST TIME OVER 6.000 IN DENMARK!

For the first time ever there is more than six thousand citizens from Argentina and Chile living in Denmark! Twenty years ago there were more people from Chile than Argentina in Denmark. There was registered 1.276 from Chile and over 10 years rising to 1.433. Argentina had 20 years ago only registered 920 citizens and 10 years ago still only 1047 registered citizens in Denmark. This has changed during the latest years because of the working holiday scheme being used much with a record amount of 3.017 applications in 2019. Argentina and Chile account for 86% of all Working Holiday permits. So today by 1st of January 2020 the amount of Argentinians with 3.687 persons exceed Chile´s 2.314 citizens in Denmark, in total 6.001! With this page we hope to give useful legal and practical information in English and Spanish to both those who have been many years in Denmark, but especially all the newcomers with their special challenges of work related issues, language requirements, and rules for studying or family reunification rules.
