Bar 1841 is up and running in Holbæk. We are proud to have consulted on such a cool project. We were there to see the team in action yesterday and they were amazing - we encourage you to do the same!

Bar 1841 is our most extensive project so far. We have been part of the project since January and the grand opening is this Friday. On the 17th of June, Bar 1841 will open up their doors for people to enjoy their great cocktails, tapas, wines and beers in an amazing atmosphere.

At the moment we are working on a non-alcoholic drink menu for Bao: An Asian inspired restaurant in Manama, Bahrain, which will open in a couple of months. This drink is a sparkling, foamy and refreshing drink with hibiscus, lemon, chickpea water, honey and sparkling water. Stay tuned for more news about our project for Bao.

At Dako Consulting we support people that stands for quality, Paweł Rodaszyński from El Koktel is one of those people. He won Bacardi Legacy Poland with his Genesis cocktail. We have tried it and we suggest you do the same, it is delicious.

Genesis
40ml Bacardi Carta Oro
10ml Apricot brandy
20ml Lime juice
10ml Rich Lemongrass and pimento syrup
(Blend and strain 50cl rich syrup with 25g pimento and 5 chopped lemongrass stalks to make the syrup)

Shake and serve over an ice block in an old-fashioned glass
Garnish with a lemongrass stalk

Our most recent consulting project is Kester Thomas. It is a cosy champagne- and wine bar in central Copenhagen. Apart from champagne and wine, they serve perfectly balanced classic- and champagne cocktails. We helped them with bartender- and cocktail training, menu development and back bar selection.
