🤖 Thank you for joining Meet Jev

A big thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s hands-on AI workshop with Hadrien at Republikken.

It was great to see people testing, asking questions, and exploring what Jev can do in practice.

And a special thank you to Hadrien for hosting the session, sharing real use cases, and giving us a closer look at how Jev works, where it fits into existing tools, and where it breaks.

We hope everyone left with a clearer idea of what Jev is, what it is not, and how decision-based AI might be useful in real workflows.

Thanks again for joining and for bringing your curiosity ✨

🤖 Rethinking How We Hire

This morning, we hosted a special Community Breakfast with Product Therapy about agentic hiring and the future of recruitment.

Together with Dana Aonofriesei, former VP Engineering at Trustpilot and now building Tend, we explored what happens when candidates and companies both bring an AI agent into the hiring process.

We looked at why CVs are running out of signal, what it means to calibrate instead of screen, and how AI agents might help both sides understand each other better.

A big thank you to Dana, Sebastian, Magnus, and everyone who joined us for a thoughtful and hands-on morning at Republikken.

🤖 Meet Jev: the AI that decides

You may have seen Jev trending on X and LinkedIn and wondered what it actually is.

Now you can come and see it in action.

Republikken member Hadrien is hosting a hands-on AI workshop here at Republikken, where you can test Jev for yourself.

Jev is not an LLM, and it does not write text. Instead, you give it data and a formatted question, and it gives you a decision with a probability attached.

For example:

“Is this support email urgent?”
No, 81%

“Which of these 12 categories does this invoice belong to?”
Travel, 64%

During the workshop, Hadrien will give a live demo, share a real use case, and guide you through testing Jev on your own questions.

This session is for people who are already using AI in real work and want to explore where a tool like this fits, where it helps, and where it breaks.

Start the day with Community Breakfast ☕🥐

This morning, we gathered for another relaxed Community Breakfast, this time in the Living Room on the 2nd floor.

It was so lovely to see both familiar and new faces, catch up over coffee and croissants, and start the morning in good company.

No presentation. No big topic. Just a casual morning with fellow members, good conversations, and a short 5-minute brief from Alan.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning.

See you again next Thursday 👋

Foosball, ping pong and the most competitive bin basketball this office has ever seen. Republikken’s summer office Olympics, in one word: hygge.

Every company on site traded desks for a day of games, new faces and a lot of trash talk over a wastepaper bin.

Every clip here was filmed by someone who was actually there, captured through our SureShot event on the day.

More days like this, please.

✨ Puck and the practice of building better learning journeys

This week’s Community Breakfast was about product management, practical education, digital learning platforms, and the beginning of a new yoga journey in Copenhagen.

We got to know Puck, Product Manager at MOSO, a Norwegian software company working with digital learning platforms for universities in Norway and Sweden.

MOSO helps universities follow and support students while they are doing part of their education outside the classroom, for example in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, or other professional environments.

Puck also shared how her 200-hour yoga teacher training has become an important part of her new chapter in Copenhagen, combining practice, theory, philosophy, anatomy, and many hours of self-practice.

What stood out most was Puck’s ability to connect people, systems, and learning needs, and her curiosity in both product work and her new yoga teacher training here in Copenhagen.

Thank you for sharing your story, Puck. It was a thoughtful and inspiring morning, and we are very happy to have you as part of the Republikken community 💛

✨ Andrea and the work behind a MedTech startup

This week’s Community Breakfast was about medtech, project management, product development, funding, and the work behind building a company with a very clear purpose.

We got to know Andrea, Project Manager at NeoCare Nordic, a Danish medtech startup based at Republikken.

NeoCare Nordic develops CareFold®, a neonatal mattress-carrier designed to make care for premature and vulnerable babies safer and easier for healthcare professionals and families.

Andrea gave us an open and inspiring look into the many sides of working in a growing medtech company, from investor research and funding applications to product development, systems, and international growth.

What stood out most was Andrea’s personal connection to the mission and her strong focus on helping parents bond with their hospitalised baby.

Thank you for sharing your story, Andrea. It was a thoughtful and inspiring morning, and we are very happy to have you and the NeoCare Nordic team in the Republikken community 💛
