Earlier this week, we swapped dry land for kayaks and explored the beautiful lakes of Silkeborg🛶

Together with a group of 7N consultants, we paddled through the peaceful landscape, surrounded by forested hills, winding passages, and plenty of impressive views along the way.

Back on shore, we rounded off the afternoon with sandwiches, cold drinks, and good conversations by the lakeside.

🏅 7N Summer Olympic Games 2026 are officially over!

During one of the recent summer weekends, 7N employees combined friendly competition with a meaningful cause.

Together, we covered an impressive 10,104.485 km, surpassing last year's result and setting a new 7N Summer Games record! 🎉

Every kilometre counted for more than just the final score. Thanks to our participants' dedication, PLN 10,251.40 will be donated to the “Twój Psycholog” Foundation and the SYGNOW campaign, supporting mental health initiatives.

This year's edition was a great reminder that sport brings people together, inspires healthy habits, and can make a real difference. A huge thank you to everyone who took part, and congratulations to all winners and distinguished participants for their outstanding achievements! 👏

The 2026 Kick-Off is officially behind us!

For three days, 7N consultants from across Poland had the opportunity to step away from their projects, exchange experiences, celebrate achievements, and simply enjoy time together as part of the community that helps shape 7N every day.

The agenda included exploring Prague, a cruise on the Vltava River, networking at a rooftop sky bar, and, as always, the Performance of the Year awards ceremony. Participants also had the chance to bond over a variety of activities tailored to different interests, from Czech cooking workshops and a glassworks visit to rock climbing, cycling tours, wakeboarding, paintball, and off-road adventures.
It was a weekend full of inspiration, great conversations, and positive energy, reminding us that the true strength of 7N lies in its people and the community we build together. 💙

Over the past weeks, we have had the pleasure of bringing together consultants from across the Group for memorable summer events in both Finland and Norway.

In Helsinki, our consultants came together for an evening by the sea, starting with dinner and continuing with a boat cruise through the archipelago—a well-deserved break and a great opportunity to reconnect with peers, exchange experiences and enjoy an evening together before the summer holidays.

In Oslo, consultants from 7N, Globeteam and Kons gathered for our annual Summer Party. With a shared dinner, conversations in the garden, music and a special live performance, the evening celebrated not only the start of summer but also provided an opportunity to get to know colleagues from across our companies and begin building new relationships within the wider group.

While our consultants spend most of their time creating value for customers, moments like these remain an important part of strengthening the networks and culture that support both our consultants and our customers.

This week, we swapped our usual office environment for something a little different: helmets, safety shoes, and a guided tour of Irmahus in Aarhus.

Together with a group of consultants, we went behind the scenes of the up-and-coming 15-floor building, expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The building will house a hotel, spa, restaurants, offices, and even a 35,000-liter pool on the top floor.

During the visit, the team behind the project took us through the vision, architecture, and construction processes. From future conference facilities to the spa and sky bar, it was a unique chance to experience spaces that will normally remain hidden until opening.

Three memorable days of learning, connection, and shared experiences💙

In May, we gathered 160 of our consultants and staff in Albania for our annual Danish Kick-off.

The program combined professional insights with meaningful social experiences and time to connect. Together, we reflected on how our industry is evolving, how we continue to develop, and how we create lasting value for our clients.

Of course, no 7N Kick-off would be complete without experiences beyond the conference room. Whether hiking through stunning landscapes, horseback riding along the beach, heading out on jeep safaris and ATV adventures, or learning local recipes in cooking classes, there was something for everyone. More importantly, these shared experiences created the perfect setting for strengthening relationships, sparking new conversations, and reinforcing the community that we value so much in 7N.

One of the highlights, as always, was celebrating the outstanding performances across our consultant community. Recognizing those who go the extra mile for clients and colleagues is a strong reminder of what defines 7N and the high standards we strive for together.

A big thank you to everyone who made this year’s Kick-off in Albania truly special. We’re already looking forward to next year!

“How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague from the IT industry?”
– this is the main question in our annual Voice of Consultants survey, in which we assess consultants’ satisfaction with their collaboration with 7N.

So, how did we do? On a scale from -100 to 100, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 59, which indicates a high level of satisfaction among 7N consultants.

We were recognized for the reliable support provided by our dedicated agents, our operational assistance, seamless collaboration, the work environment and our team, as well as additional initiatives such as social events and professional development opportunities.

We’re very pleased with the results, but we won’t rest on our laurels. This survey gives us the opportunity to gain valuable insights and understand future expectations, which will help us improve our services and strive to become an even better agency in the future.

What happens when reality meets system design?

That was the theme of our network events in Aarhus and Copenhagen, where our consultants joined T**e Boisen in exploring the core of system design.

One key takeaway stood out: when we design software, we’re not simply describing reality - we’re interpreting it. The systems we build are shaped by models based on assumptions, decisions, and simplifications of a world far more complex than any code can fully capture.

Drawing on perspectives from both computer science and philosophy, T**e challenged us to reflect on what actually exists within our systems, how we determine whether our models truly “fit” reality, and what happens when reality changes but the models stay the same.
