One week ago, we launched Darize – a milestone celebrated with our colleagues and consultants around the world.

The brand is new, but as the photos show, the people behind it stay the same. And with them, our commitment to expertise, accountability, and long-term partnerships remains unchanged.

Darize builds on that foundation and expands what we deliver for our clients. That enables us to be the Tech Transformation Partner, covering everything from targeted technology expertise to business-critical change, with continuity from strategy to implementation.

Beyond disconnected expertise. Into collective strength

7N, Globeteam, and Contractor have joined forces under one group brand: Darize.

We’re here to be the one partner our clients need. The one that gets it done, from advisory to operations, with ownership across every step in between.

Throughout our engagement, we work closely with our clients to understand their business, their growth journey, and the change they need to make. Our consultants work alongside their teams until the solution is embedded, understood, and owned internally. That’s how lasting capability is built.

Nature, community, and cooking over an open fire🌿

Last week, we brought together a group of our consultants for a unique evening in the beautiful surroundings of Skodsborg.

The evening started with a guided foraging tour, followed by a three-course dinner prepared over an open fire using some of the ingredients we collected along the way.

Great conversations, new connections, and shared experiences made for a memorable evening in nature.

A big thank you to all our consultants for joining us💙

This week, we stepped into a fascinating piece of Danish history with a guided tour of REGAN VEST in Skørping🔍

Together with a group of consultants, we explored the Cold War bunker preserved in its original setting, offering a unique glimpse into Denmark's hidden emergency preparedness. Along the way, we learned more about the history, purpose, and remarkable preservation of this one-of-a-kind site.

After the tour, we enjoyed traditional Danish smørrebrød inside the bunker, rounding off a memorable afternoon in great company.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us!⭐

🤖 How much can one person achieve with AI as a work partner?

That was the central question at this year’s Danish 7N Summer Events in Aarhus and Copenhagen.

Henrik Moltke, tech correspondent and host of the podcast Prompt, shared his experiences of using AI agents in investigative journalism, highlighting both their impressive capabilities and their tendency to make mistakes or follow the wrong path.

The key message was clear: AI can strengthen our work, but it cannot replace human judgment and critical thinking.

Both events continued with food, music, and networking in the surroundings of Tivoli Friheden and at the Food Court in the Copenhagen office.

Thank you to Henrik Moltke and the clients and consultants who joined us for two inspiring evenings!

Over the past weeks, we have had the pleasure of bringing together consultants from across the Group for memorable summer events in both Finland and Norway.

In Helsinki, our consultants came together for an evening by the sea, starting with dinner and continuing with a boat cruise through the archipelago—a well-deserved break and a great opportunity to reconnect with peers, exchange experiences and enjoy an evening together before the summer holidays.

In Oslo, consultants from 7N, Globeteam and Kons gathered for our annual Summer Party. With a shared dinner, conversations in the garden, music and a special live performance, the evening celebrated not only the start of summer but also provided an opportunity to get to know colleagues from across our companies and begin building new relationships within the wider group.

While our consultants spend most of their time creating value for customers, moments like these remain an important part of strengthening the networks and culture that support both our consultants and our customers.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us. We wish you all a wonderful summer! 🌿
