“How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague from the IT industry?”
– this is the main question in our annual Voice of Consultants survey, in which we assess consultants’ satisfaction with their collaboration with 7N.
So, how did we do? On a scale from -100 to 100, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 59, which indicates a high level of satisfaction among 7N consultants.
We were recognized for the reliable support provided by our dedicated agents, our operational assistance, seamless collaboration, the work environment and our team, as well as additional initiatives such as social events and professional development opportunities.
We’re very pleased with the results, but we won’t rest on our laurels. This survey gives us the opportunity to gain valuable insights and understand future expectations, which will help us improve our services and strive to become an even better agency in the future.
