Eight talented colleagues are stepping into new roles at NORTH.

Emma, Aske, Simon B, Peter M, Peter R, Christian, and Martin have been promoted from Consultant to Senior Consultant. In their new roles, they’ll lead project tracks across commercial excellence and technology, take on a wider scope of ownership in project design and team support.

Simon J has been promoted from Senior Consultant to Manager. He’ll own project team delivery end-to-end and help clients shape and execute digital transformation strategies - bridging the commercial and technical perspectives - and play an active part in developing the colleagues around him.

These promotions are testament to the talent, drive, and impact each of them brings – to our clients, and to each other. We’re proud to see them step into these roles, and we look forward to what comes next.

Ten years ago, on March 1st, 2016, NORTH was born. Three people, a bold idea, and a mission: bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technology implementation and do it the Nordic way.

50+ team members later, that idea still drives everything we do. We help global B2B companies transform how they sell, service, and operate, with a Scandinavian mindset rooted in trust, directness, collaboration and accountability.

It hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but the people, both colleagues and clients, have made every step of the journey worth it.

Many organisations experiment with AI, but few turn it into sustained commercial impact.

We had the pleasure of hosting a focused morning session exploring how AI is already reshaping commercial work. A few things stood out:

89% see AI as the most critical technology for innovation - yet 95% say their initiatives aren’t delivering expected value. Closing that gap was the central theme. Trust remains a key barrier, but interestingly, when you actually check AI outputs, errors are often fewer than expected. Adoption may be as much about shifting mindsets and habits as it is about technology.

We also explored where AI already delivers - automating repetitive tasks, processing unstructured data, predictions from structured data, and where it still struggles, like low data volumes, poor CRM hygiene, and context-heavy decisions.

One thing was clear: the organisations seeing real results aren’t necessarily moving fastest, they’re the ones with a realistic scope, clean data foundations, and the patience to build from there.
