Not every event needs to be grand in scale to leave a lasting impression 🌟

During The International Bar Association Congress (IBA) in Copenhagen, we delivered a series of intimate events, including a refined networking reception for lawyers from around the world, hosted by Ellex at Mogens Dahl Concert Hall.

Blending Nordic and Baltic influences through live classical music, Nordic-inspired canapés and live illustration by Martyna Brechelke, the evening offered an elegant setting for conversation, networking and meaningful connections 🎨🎻

We had the honor of helping our client launch their new brand identity, Northflare Energy, creating an unforgettable event that brought their global team together for their next big chapter. 🌏🎉

The historic and stunning surroundings of Aggersvold Gods provided the ultimate backdrop. Under a perfectly clear blue sky, we packed the day with strategy, team-building activities, and high energy. As day turned to night, the celebration moved to a custom-built campground, where the music, laughter, and festival vibes kept the amazing atmosphere going.🌟🌳🕺🏼💙

At the beginning of September, we delivered a large-scale company day for an important client.

Bringing together more than 2,500 employees, the event featured 28 activities ranging from adrenaline-filled adventures such as ziplining, high ropes, clay shooting and rally driving to creative workshops, flower arranging, painting, inspirational talks and hand reading. ⛳ 🥅 🪇 🌷

A day designed to engage, inspire and entertain every guest. 🌱 💙

A highlight at the Eventually office is always Scania Denmark’s summer party. 😍

This year, we gathered at the stunning Rohden Gods near Vejle for a day full of great experiences. Guests enjoyed ATV rides through the forest, clay shooting across the corn fields, cold refreshments and plenty of fun in the garden. What's not to like? 🌳 🌳 🕺

Thank you, Scania Denmark, for once again letting us be part of an amazing event. We loved every minute of it!

Summer on the move for LOEWE 🍦

Ice cold Brand Activation assignment. We designed and planned a retro ice cream truck tour to support LOEWE’s newly launched Pistachio essence. Down to the smallest detail, we handled the logistics of getting the truck across Spain - from roads to ferries and everything in between, we made sure the truck made its way safely to all 5 destinations: Málaga, Mallorca, Marbella, Barcelona and Formentera.

It was not always the easiest journey, but it was a magical result handing out refreshing ice creams and spreading summer vibes across Spain. What a ride! ☀️

This weekend, Eventually had the great pleasure of supporting Team Rynkeby during the incredible arrival of 2,800 riders in Paris.

A total of 73 teams from 8 countries rode across Europe, crossing the finish line at the Vélodrome—all for the best cause imaginable: raising money for children with critical illnesses.

This year also marked Team Rynkeby’s 25th anniversary, making the celebration even more special.

So proud to be part of this amazing project.

A dinner transformed into a memorable experience for Pandora at Lake Como, where even the smallest details became part of the story.

Locally sourced tomatoes became personalised name cards, each one handwritten by a talented Italian calligrapher - adding authenticity and a touch of local charm to the table, all set against the breathtaking mountain views overlooking Lake Como.

We had the pleasure of organizing the Innovation Day celebrating the collaboration between Nokia and Telia at Telia’s headquarters in Solna, Sweden.

The hybrid event showcased Nokia’s latest innovations to the Telia team, connecting participants onsite with colleagues joining remotely from around the world. 🌍 💙 💜

In addition, a series of interactive demos around AI, VR, and advanced connectivity gave participants a hands-on look at future-focused innovations throughout the day. 💡 🌱

From transfers and accommodation to venue scouting, decor, and activity coordination, we took care of every logistical detail to create a curated experience for the guests.

Working in destinations like Lake Como always comes with a little unpredictability, and when rain and storms arrived, we adapted the programme to ensure every moment still felt enjoyable for the guests.
