Today we are organizing CPH MatchUp at Børsen Konference - Børsen Showcase Page setting up game studios from Denmark with national and international publishers and investors. Oh, and Brian Mikkelsen from Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs stopped by to do a peptalk highlighting the great potential in the gaming industry.

CPH MatchUp is a 2-day event during Games Week Denmark 2018, April 16-17.

We’ve been very busy over the last couple of months: Trying to create a commercial game incubator, looking at the future of cinema, and researching the need for seed investment for the Danish game industry.

On top of all that great stuff, we are working diligently at making Games Week 2018 a great event for Developers, Investors, and the Public alike. We are thrilled to announce a fantastic CPH MatchUp during Games Week in April. This year with even more international and Danish investors and even more developers and studios signed up than previous years. It’s great to see that the Danish game industry is getting the well deserved attention it needs, and we are proud to announce that the event will be joined by the Minister of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs, Brian Mikkelsen. Today we joined forces with the rest of the visual media industry to launch a new cross-media organisation Vision Denmark - Creative Business Alliance. Vision Denmark will boost the visual media industry by creating 2500 new jobs and an annual revenue 1,07 Billion $ within the next four years.

webe made is the fusion of two very passionate people and their joint wish for fearlessly transforming the creative industry in the space of attraction between corporates and culture to spawn innovation.

This new company consists of the strategic, extrovert super geek and serial entrepreneur, Niels A. Wetterberg, and the explosive and visionary bosslady in pink with a striking talent of ideation, development, intelligent networks, and partnership based solutions, Sophie Bech. Together we hold more than 30 years of experience in the game, film, and startup tech world.

We are extremely curious to explore new ways of producing, building new media formats and platforms, foster talents, doing guerilla marketing and innovate through sustainable business ideas and creativity.

webe made will work on projects in everything from founding new units in excisting companies, fund ventures, festival production, and lab-operations within the creative industries.

We are looking forward to lift the vail for our first project already settled. They will be announced in the beginning of February.
