Size and shape 🫒
The fruit is large to very large, oval or spherical in shape
Colour 🫒
At harvest, the olives range from light green to blond or mauve to black, depending on the degree of ripeness.
Texture and taste 🫒
They have firm, crisp and juicy flesh that is easily separated from the stone. Their taste is distinctive, slightly bitter and spicy, especially when green.
Processing 🫒
They are excellent for table use, mainly as green but also as natural black olives. They are often marinated in brine with olive oil, lemon or vinegar
Quality 🫒
They are considered high quality table olives, rich both in flavour and aroma and a staple product of the Agrinio region in Greece
