We’re excited to introduce CIMCO Edit Core and CIMCO Edit Ultra. As of today, September 1st, Core replaces Standard with advanced NC editing and full backplotting, while Ultra replaces Professional and adds even more value with advanced simulation and verification capabilities, including collision detection, safety checks, over-travel reporting, and advanced stopping conditions.

We are excited to share that we are working on a Planner module for CIMCO MDC-Max to help production planners schedule work orders across machines in a clear, timeline-based interface directly in the browser. The module is still in early development, but it is expected to support drag-and-drop operation planning, scheduling only on supported machines, dependencies across machines, live machine status from MDC-Max, shift configuration per machine, and detailed work order and operation information. CIMCO Edit Integration for Autodesk Fusion® - We are excited to announce a new integration for Autodesk Fusion® that brings CIMCO’s simulation capabilities directly into the Fusion environment. Thank You for Visiting Us at MACH 2026

MACH 2026 has now come to a close, and we’d like to thank everyone who stopped by our stand.

It was the best ever MACH show for both CIMCO and solution provider J2COM Ltd. We had a fantastic week in Birmingham, with many new and existing customers visiting the stand throughout the exhibition.

There was strong interest across our solutions, and we’re pleased to have a record number of leads to follow up on following the show. It was a real pleasure meeting so many of you and discussing CNC programming, machine simulation, machine data collection, shop floor optimization, and more.

Thank you to everyone who came to meet our team during the week. We truly appreciate the time and interest, and we look forward to following up and continuing the conversations.

It’s Day 4 at MACH 2026 in Birmingham - and what a great few days it has been!

We’ve had a steady stream of visitors at the stand and some great conversations around CNC programming, simulation, CNC data collection, and shop floor optimization. It’s been a pleasure to see so much interest in the solutions CIMCO and J2COM bring to the manufacturing industry.

We continue to expand the machine library for CIMCO Edit and NC Machine Simulation. In addition to the various generic machine models, we now have 40 Haas machines available for download and 8 more coming soon. All machines are compatible with the latest versions of CIMCO Edit and NC Machine Simulation and can be downloaded via the Machine Models section in Setup.

If you find that your machine is not available to download, please contact [email protected] or contact your local reseller today. We will be able to advise, help and prepare your machines.

New in CIMCO Edit and NC Machine Simulation: Remove Chips automatically removes leftover stock (chips) during simulation. After cut-off in turning, separated stock can cause false collisions - Remove Chips detects and removes it based on geometry and machine context. Also useful in milling to eliminate small free-floating chips for cleaner, more accurate simulations. Visit cimco.com for more information.
