What's the #1 skill and mindset behind the cool startups and innovators who create a mega star product with real impact? That does not end up as another hopefull idea that went nowhere?

It boils down to ... character. When your idea or product becomes a new "who", it creates instant attraction.

Here's a video about the 80/20 of how you as a startup leader, an entrepreneur or corporate innovator turn your idea or product to be a mega star....From this year 2022+, things have changed dramatically. Welcome to the new innovation era.

Now you need to know about the Impact Business Model and how to create products using Impact Innovation. It's simpler, faster, leaner, more intuitive and you're going to end up with a much better product and business. Once you've seen this video, then click here for more information.

Use INTRODUCTION to get a 50% introduction discount. Once we get to the 15th February, the introduction is OVER and I promise this offer with the Edge Academy life time and future 1-Day Master Workshops... is not coming back.

BLACK BUSINESS INNOVATION
.. every entrepreneur, startup or corporate innovation starts as "white business innovation".

There is no avoiding this and this is not being wrong. A number of things need to fall into place and in the right order for an innovation to take off.

But there are degrees of innovation. On the attached image, you'll see that if you're new in the market, you do NOT start from the bottom and work your way to the top...

Instead, you start from the top and as the years go by, you work downwards.

It's one of the reasons why Corporate Innovation is so difficult when you should think they have all the resources and setup and people you could ever dream of... but no!

The Innovation Index can really be of service to you when trying to figure out - where do you fit in the maket.

It's actually not that black and white... Of course you can start in the middle. But you need to know what you're doing.

The Innovation Index will be one of several bonuses when we open up for the 1-Day Master Workshop about Mega Star Products. In a lot more detail obviously.... including Disruption and Impact. And it will speak directly to another bonus "The Black Business Success Path".

What is real IMPACT? Let me start here: The idea behind Innovation Embassy has always been simple. 20.000 eyes sees more than a team of 20.

On the topic of innovating global challenges, this becomes important. I'd go so far that having many people to solve some of the worst global challenges we are facing... is a "qualifier" ...IF these people are organised in such a way that they ADD to the building of a project.

Instead of pulling the breaks on ideas and projects. That's what we see at the COP gatherings and why their solutions are so thin. Or nonexistant...

There are several issues. I'll be going through them in the next many days.

To start with one of them, what is a sovereign solution? Meaning a solution that benefits all involved, replaces what was found wanting with the desired value and in this sence creates real IMPACT.

Let's take it a tad deeper. The impact solutions we are looking for and find attractive, do not arrive by doing LESS of something. You have to "turn the impact arrow". AND you have to know how we choose ideas.

How we decide what is a sovereign solution? Right - now it's getting mysterious. Let's unfold the mystery together during the next many days.

I invite you to keep following and I'll write much more about IMPACT.

I will also be telling you much more about the Edge Academy. This is a program I have started for the Startups and Entrepreneurs who want to learn how to create an idea that becomes the next hit... something I've researched and worked with the past 17 years.

Yes, I will take you to the edge. It's also about what it takes to create the ideas with real EDGE. To get to a soverign idea. I call them Mega Star Products.

This is not for everyone... Only for the CEOs and Entrepreneurs who think differently. In fact... You'll have to think differently to think this is for you. I'm holding a 1-Day exclusive Master Workshop about the mindset and #1 strategy behind the leaders who create Mega Star Products .... iinstead of more JUNK. There is a structure and a sequence behind it. More news coming up

Join Erik Micheelsen for an exclusive 1-Day Master Workshop on the mindset and #1 strategy behind the CEOs and Entrepreneurs who create a Mega Star Product!

For decades, innovating and disrupting have been about exploiting resources.

Today, we think more in terms of sustainability.

A new breed of Startups and Entrepreneurs are looking at how business models are THE tool to build real value, get the right partners on board and make a positive impact.

What's still a mystery is - how to create something awesome that people recognize as... well, AWESOME!

Why Erik is making The Startup CEO's Mega Star Strategy ebook....

Here's an overview image.

I'm looking for five startups or innovators I can show and how they can implement:

"the mental difference between the CEO's behind Mega Star Products and CEO's who end with nothing."

Payment: a reference! Please apply using the link below.

This is a topic I've been working on and with for 15 years and I'm about to launch Genius Circles and the Edge Academy on this topic.

If you think that sounds interesting then I'm starting a list where I'll be sharing a bunch of cools. Think strategics and tactics with surgical precision for startup leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs.

The thing is - why we love innovations and what innovations are has changed.

For instance, we do NOT need new "innovative products" to cut down the rain forrest and make a bunch of money. That's called exploitism. We're fed up with it and had enough of it.

Instead, we need innovative products and ways to for instance save the rain forrest. Just look at the forrest fires happening right now on the US West Coast. I think an innovation would be appropiate - don't you?

That is now called IMPACT and impact-startups are exactly minded on solving real world problems.

But they're not philanthropists. Not anymore. This is one of the ways in which innovation has changed. But their business model is on the other hand not the end-goal it was last century but the very tool to get global impact to where it is needed.

With it, what a Mega Star Product means has also changed. A lot goes into it now and along with how easy it is to start a business is (everybody seems to be doing it today!)... Startup leaders and innovators and entrepreneurs get confused on how to stand out.

Many start thinking that it's the name that will make all the difference. Or the importance of the management team to ensure effective ex*****on. No says others - it's the idea, the value proposition and the pitch. Others again shake their head and shout "nonsense! It's the customer need and what they want!".

What I discovered is that it's all true but none them will turn your innovative idea or product into a Mega Star. The reason is, it's brand new. No one has seen it before. They have to figure it out - recognize it. Why the first thing you need to do is show the customer WHO the product is.

Not as a person but within about 7 seconds, we mentally need to trigger the identity-button. Do you do that?

Here's a facinating truth about Mega Star Products. They are what we choose, and given a choice, we will never choose anything else.

What turns an innovative idea or product into a Mega Star Product is a mental trigger.

If you apply below, I'll tell you the FULL Mega Star strategy - and that goes for everyone who signs up!

20.000 eyes see more than two eyes. Or a single team. There is real innovation power in many people coming together to make a difference.

As Innovation Embassy opens, one Coworking space pr city will be able to call themselves an Innovation Embassy. To be a part of the Innovation Embassy network but also to be an access point to the already existing global innovation ecosystem.

They will be able to provide tailored accelerator programs for their startups and access tools to help their local corporate businesses with their innovation.

The same goes for universities for student and research programs.

And combined - there will be the possibility for many minds to combine efforts and businesses to help solve real world problems in what we call INNOVATION HELL events.

The first will be announced in April and teams can apply shortly thereafter. Coworking spaces and universities can apply from later today.

Innovation opens later today. What is it about?

Call it Silicon Valley 2.0. It’s where we find top talent, companies that innovate with their crowd - and co-create with other businesses to create new niches. The people and thought leaders who make a difference. Companies that achieve hypergrowth and make a difference.

It’s where new options are presented and new sustainable business models emerge from. It’s fast, innovative and enabling.

Meet the new disrupters or social-innovation ground crews that solve real world problems. This is where the new trends, technologies and talent live and come from.

As Innovation Embassy opens later today, the idea is to make it visible, provide access points and structures for you to bridge into, be a part of and gain from the global innovation ecosystem.

It’s both physical - Singapore, London, New York, Stockholm, Berlin, Seoul, Melbourn, Sindney, Tokyo and not least through coworking spaces and universities.

But now we have global reach, fast knowledge transfer and virtul venues. Best of all - its free!

More later.
