Dual Career Association is a not-for-profit organisation (NPO) that has a goal to distribute knowledge about Dual Career development to athletes, businesses, educational institutions,and sport organisations. That means assuring that athletes are able to manage obtaining education and/or profesional training during their sports career. Dual Career Association is also determined to make sure that yo
ung athletes of any level are able to gain and manage the skills and knowledge necessary to transition into their post-sport career. Protecting the moral and social integrity of athletes depends mainly on their self-awareness of dual career and motivation to compete on different levels. Dual Career Association is based on the belief for growth of athletes and organizations. To be more specific, the abilities of athletes to accelerate at the workplace and organizations to grow by capitalizing on athletes skills. Athletes have high drive, passion, ambition and variety of soft skills. Dual Career Association supports athletes in their sport, careers and social ambitions. Some of the main intentions are to share knowledge and communicate the importance of education for athletes and the significance of their preparation for a professional career after their sports career. Protecting the moral and social integrity of athletes depends mainly on their self-awareness of dual career and motivation to compete on different levels (education, sports career, business career).
