✨ BE AMAZED! We’re halfway in the unveiling of the eight pillars in MMC’s foundation. Here’s one you have probably been anticipating: our fourth pillar is Performance & Expertise🏛️

This particular pillar is close to our collective hearts and is vital for our role as advisors of one of the largest companies in the world.

To us, valuing Performance & Expertise means that we are high achievers who always put the client first. We advise with integrity, trust, and honesty. And we are not satisfied with the status quo but keep pushing our ways of thinking to find the best solutions.

In short: we aim to wow our clients.

Like a crew, we depend on every person to pull their oar in high speed and in sync for us to reach the right destination together. So far, it’s working like a charm.

⚖️WORK-LIFE BALANCE WHO? You’ve heard of work-life balance. That’s not how we roll. Instead, get ready for Work-Life Harmony - the third pillar of MMC’s foundation🏛️

We haven’t executed “balance” and launched “harmony” into the limelight for nothing. We don’t believe that your life in- and outside of work should always balance perfectly on two scales. Instead, we acknowledge that they may shift, and one might take up more space at certain times.

According to Victor: “Work-life harmony means that we acknowledge that work is an important part of our lives - but not everything. We make space for personal needs and commitments to enable wholesome lives. Happier employees in turn make for increased productivity!”

In MMC, we regularly see a colleague take some time off for a couple months (or even a year!). We value outcomes, not face-time. And we trust our people to use our flexibility to maintain a healthy relationship between personal and professional commitments.
