Why I founded Cross Culture Consult
In international organisations, collaboration often becomes difficult not because of lack of competence, but because highly capable people bring different assumptions into the same room.
The friction rarely looks like open conflict.
It shows up as misalignment: unclear decisions, slower ex*****on, misunderstandings, and meetings that feel productive without creating momentum.
Cross Culture Consult is a Copenhagen-based consultancy supporting international teams and leaders through research-based workshops and nature-based retreats.
Our approach uses arts and culture as a practical method to surface what is usually hard to name: patterns in communication, decision-making, power, trust, and collaboration across differences.
This is not creativity for inspiration.
It is a structured way to strengthen alignment and ex*****on in complex environments.
