With more than 30 years of experience and over several hundred designs, CDE - Danish Marine Design s

The Design team behind CDE Danish Marine Design has many years of experience in the design of sailboats, motorboats and commercial boats of all sizes as well as optimization of existing designs. Both new designs and optimizations of existing designs are calculated and analysed carefully to achieve the best balance between durability, weight and design. CDE Danish Marine Design uses professional design tools such as AutoCAD and Rhinoceros and is experienced in both 2D and 3D design tools as well as several specially developed programs, such as Wolfson Units to Velocity Prediction, Orca3D, Fast Ship and Speed and Power Estimation. CDE Danish Marine Design has over the years specialized in consultancy in CE-certification as well as general consulting in the marine business.

Rendevous at sea. Meeting our design HP 1030 outside Marstrand in Sweden. With her big draft and slender bulb combined with a very big sail area, she proved lightening fast from day 1 of the serial production.

Buksesnedkeren (1988) - the legend. Years and years back we helped its performance with a 3,4 ft extended transom and a wider deck for crew stability - and then some..
Still as fast as she is beautiful. Now getting ready for Sjælland Rundt.

From the history book: The Z31 designed for Stockholm customer. The design was partially CDE and partially client and carried amongst other a retractable keel.
The design has recently been updated and is highly successfull on the race course under its new brand name Z 30 +
