Senior consultant with 23 years of experience within Project Management of IT projects, Change Management, Process Development, Solution architecture and Test Management. 6 years of experience within people management of specialists. 2 years of experience with Agile Transformation and Agile Coaching.
I have been a part of more than 25 ERP projects with a variety of roles and within several SAP Modules, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS and Oracle both cloud systems and on-premise systems.
Have successfully performed project management of ERP implementations (Supply Chain, HCM and Full ERP Implementations) as well as gained experience working with global and complex companies.
Strong business mindset and ability to quickly adapt the perspective of each client. Good at optimizing processes and performing change management with regards to IT implementations, as well as obtained experience in how to foster successful implementation.
Experience in coaching business in IT support of the business processes, training users and creating IT Change Management that works. Latest during my Change Management roles I have Implemented gamification using Process exploration as training approach and as part of end user documentation.
Have worked with Scrum & Agile Methodologies on and off since 2012. Focused on Agile Transformation since 2016 and have been a part of transforming an IT department to work Agile (SAFe).

As a person I am goal-oriented, persistent and empathic and have a good sense of humor. I believe that these qualities foster good team spirit. It encourages team members to perform to meet deadlines and at the same time still enjoying being a part of the project.
