De tre store udfordringer i de fleste større organisationer er idag flg:

1) skabe vækst i forretningen

2) håndtere en stadig mere kompleks forretning

3) øget organisatorisk kompleksitet for at styre 1) og 2)

Udfordring nr 3 er oftest selvskabt på grund af mere komplekse organisationsstrukturer.

Den er imidlertid ofte også er en barriere for en helt nødvendig agilitet, fleksibilitet og medarbejder-engagement.
