R B Consult When Production efficiency matter.

After a few weeks of electrical re-wirering and programming, we succeeded in converting a handful of the discontinued Kinetix 350 servodrives to Kinetix 5500, so the machine now runs with a mix of those two types.

So for now, the customer is happy, and can continue production.
In the near future, it's already planned to convert even more, so the customer eventually will be using only Kinetix 5500.

The machine has a total of 28 servodrives, so there's still some work to do. 😅

Specialist in Troubleshooting.
If your production or Machinery is running less efficient than expected, that's where I come in.
I can help with everything from a non working machine, to just getting that last percentage of efficiency out of your production.
I have great experience in Troubleshooting, and with great knowledge in both Mechanics and Electric, and also experience in Allen Bradley soft- and hardware, and licenceses to almost All software versions, I have All the tools to fix your machine, or just make it work better.
I can also help with setting up your new Allen Bradley hardware, if something needs to be changed or replaced.
I work with everything between simple Troubleshooting, to long term contracts, where I work more intense with optimisation, and training of technicians and operators.
At the moment, I'm on a 2 year contract with a Swedish costumer, but with the possibility to do short term work, outside this contract.
