Winter dump! We've been busy the last couple of months. We bought at picked up a whole brewhouse i Aarhus, went to Serbia to prune the vineyard and check on the fermentation, had several blending sessions of the 2024 c***r vintage, started on the ceilings in our storage room, made some salumi, and aquired more machines for the farm. Exiting times! Next up, grafting season 🍎🍏🍖🥂🍻🍾
