Composhield A/S is a leading developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art protection technology for military vehicles, safeguarding people and valuables worldwide.
We are expanding our production team and looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to help manufacture our high-performance add-on armor and spall liner products.
Your Role:
As part of our production team, you will be involved in:
• Lay-up of fiber and ceramic materials
• Casting, pressing, and assembling armor panels
• Tool customization and mold preparation
• De-molding, finishing, and quality control
• Packing and unpacking finished products
• Other hands-on production tasks as needed

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants who:
✅ Have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
✅ Preferably have a craftsmanship background (but not required)
✅ Are comfortable using machines and hand tools
✅ Can speak and understand English or Danish
✅ Are able to write and type
✅ Have experience with Polyurethane processing or ISO 9001:2015 (advantageous but not required)
