This year’s Coffee Advent Calendar is here and it comes with a strong voice and an even stronger story. We are proud and happy to echo the wonderful theme of Greenland and explore its fascinating culture, its people, its breathtaking landscapes, immersive history and essence through the voice of its people. Josepha is one of the lovely Greenlanders who helped us shape the Greenland theme of our calendar in an accurate, authentic and heartfelt way, so as to bring you, together with your daily coffees in December, something to learn from and spark your curiosity to discover Greenland for yourselves. The Fermentation Project is our unique take on a specialty coffee tasting experience, designed to showcase the impact of coffee processing. This collection comprised of limited edition specialty coffee bean taster packs, gives you the chance to explore how different fermentation methods influence aroma, sweetness, acidity, body, and overall cup profile.

ONE COFFEE. FOUR PROCESSES.

Each coffee in this project comes from the same farm, same harvest, and same coffee varieties. The only variable is the fermentation method.

This creates a rare opportunity to taste the direct influence of processing and compare the flavour profiles side by side.

Inspired by the educational work of James Hoffmann and fermentation specialist Lucia Solis, this project is made for curious coffee drinkers, home brewers, and professionals who want to deepen their understanding of coffee.
