Strong relationships arenât built by avoiding conflict.
Theyâre built by learning how to handle it. đŹ
Whether itâs a friendship, a romantic relationship, a family member, or a colleague, disagreements are inevitable.
The question isnât whether conflict will happen.
The question is what happens when it does.
Do we shut down?
Do we attack?
Do we avoid the conversation altogether?
Or do we communicate?
The relationships that last arenât the ones without problems.
Theyâre the ones where people are willing to talk through those problems with honesty, respect, and curiosity.
Because every unresolved conflict creates distance.
Every healthy conversation creates understanding.
Communication doesnât remove conflict.
It helps us grow through it. đŻ
