It’s a new year, new career for our former senior talent attraction partner, Anastasiia Bonderanko - who, after developing her tech skills, has been hired as a Business Analyst in our Mortgage program. A remarkable achievement!
Entering into the tech sphere required a lot of determination on Anastasiia’s side. "I knew if I didn’t do it now, I wouldn’t ever do it.” she explains.
With BEC’s funding and the support of experienced colleagues, Anastasiia enrolled on a Post Graduate course in Big Data at Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology University in Warsaw, completed 230 Udemy Business videos on subjects such as SQL, business analysis fundamentals, and BPMN 2.0, as well as consulted her manager and colleagues on career opportunities at BEC.
In her new role for a month now, Anastasiia explains, "I already can solve incidents on my own. Every time I scratch a task from the Jira board, I know I am helping a client in one of our banks.”
