Good troubleshooters need long arms!

We have just returned from one of our favorite places, BESTSELLER (JACK & JONES) Campus near Brande. It is a fantastic place which is build with respect for nature, and has a fantastic chef, Stewart.

Two days of SOLVE simulation-based training for 15 really skilled and motivated IT people. Awesome! Take a look at the picture to see what techies do, when they want to compare log files and not just on a laptop screen.
So, the next time you hire a troubleshooter, then make sure that he or she has long arms!

Sim4People @ ITSMF conference in Oslo/Norway March 6-8

For the 3rd year running Sim4People will be contributing to one of Europe´s biggest ITSMF conferences in Oslo/Norway.

This year we will run a pre-conference workshop – demonstrating the latest release of our Solve Simulator solution – AND Stefan Brahmer will also be speaking in a conference track. Talking about the changing requirements in Incident Management when being in a Cloud environment.

Understanding is the first step

Sim4People has in collaboration with Siemens Healthcare and Kepner-Tregoe developed a customized problem solving lab for Siemens Healthcare.

The lab consists of two themes with related challenging exercises of different difficulty levels. The purpose of the lab is to train support engineers in systematic problem solving based on the Kepner-Tregoe methodology.
